They sent me a sign with a spelling error on their end but have not responded to emails to their contact@ email. The next step will be a chargeback from my credit card, which is unfortunate. All I want is a sign that is the same spelling as the proof I approved. I can’t use a sign that isn’t correct.

I ordered from Neonsignlife for a personalized sign for my wedding. The timing was cutting it close and the team worked quickly and efficiently to assure my item would arrive in time. I have never ordered from a business that had a production and product turn over in the efficient timeframe that Neonsignlife completed. Although my item had minor defects caused by shipping my sign still worked. Over time my defect spread causing a more significant crack. Customer service was very polite and reassuring to remake a new sign for me. I will be recommending this business to others and look forward to future purchases from them.

Order a sign for my business. The name have a (.) in it. The preview of the sign looked great that I saw online. Waited about two weeks for the sign to arrive. Open the box and it is not what I preview online. It’s an underscore instead of a period. I reached out to their contact options immediately. I received a response that they could offer me a partial refund or remake the sign, I responded with remaking and I would gladly ship back the sign that wasn’t correct. I received no response after that. I have followed up with the company 3 separate time and still no response. Unfortunately I’m out $320 with a sign that looks nothing like my business name. Very disappointed because this company had great reviews. Unfortunately, I will be contacting my bank to see if there’s anything I can do.

We ordered a neon sign with color changing features and it did not come with it. Customer service told us we were wrong until after I proved what we paid for. They gave us a discount code to buy a new once since, again, it wasn’t TOTALLY their fault that they made it wrong (it was). We ordered a new one with the free heart sign as well. Our sign came without the color changing app and without our heart neon sign. I’m honestly so frustrated and their customer service is rude and takes forever to get ahold of. Spend your money elsewhere on an actual neon sign.

Our sign came out even more perfect than we expected. Shirley really made this experience easy for us. And it's so good to have it up in our home. We found a meme that they were able to duplicate and worked with us on size and price. We couldn't have had a better experience. Can't imagine going with any other company. They are the best!! My sign is EXACTLY everything I had hoped for. I ordered it to hang up at our wedding reception and then eventually in our home. It is BEAUTIFUL. I cannot wait for our guests to see it as they come into our reception this June and then continue to enjoy it in our home thereafter. I am extremely pleased with the time it took from ordering to delivery. The creation process was a breeze too. Thank you NeonSignLife for making my sign a reality!

Shirley was FANTASTIC!!! When the sign came in a slightly different color than what I had ordered, she sent me a new sign in a different color no questions asked. And she was very responsive throughout the whole process despite the time zone difference. Top notch customer service here! The process for making a sign was incredibly easy and I am very happy with the finished product. It comes with a dimmer panel, a remote control, and many methods for hanging. It's packaged VERY well in a way that can sustain the long trip from China and everything in between. They even sent me a free Basquiat crown for spending a certain amount on my order! Would definitely order from here again. Highly recommend.
