Incorrect and dangerous compatibility chart. They are unable to back their own parts. Left with out of pocket charges that could have been avoided. Made me look like a fool when having the parts installed. Wasted mine and the mechanics time. Do yourself a favour and stay away from NAPA and APEC parts.

Horrible, I ordered an air intake and they charged me $60 to ship back and a $50 restocking fee!!! Stay away, go directly to Amazon or manufacturer. They will rob you blind. I never opened the box Craziness!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with NAPA Auto Parts. I placed an order for approximately $855 in auto parts and paid for the order with my card. Afterward, I noticed an additional $90 charge to my card that I did not authorize. I contacted NAPA to find out why I was charged the additional amount, and instead of receiving helpful customer service or a clear explanation, I felt the representative I spoke with was rude and dismissive. Because of the unauthorized additional charge and the way my concerns were handled, I canceled the entire order. I never received the parts, and this experience has left me very concerned about how my payment was handled. When a customer spends more than $800, they should be able to expect transparency, professionalism, and respectful customer service. I would strongly recommend checking your card statements carefully after making a purchase and getting clarification on all charges. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I will think twice before doing business with NAPA again.

Warum ich nur negative Bewertungen schreibe sind genau so Produkte wie der Anlasser NSM1517 von NAPA. Eine Firma die gefühlt 100Jahre Anlasser baut/bzw handelt und durch Inkompetenz unbrauchbare Anlasser auf den Markt wirft! wie kann man den Flachstecker bitte so billig bauen, dass er reinrutscht und dann herliche sporadische Fehler verursacht?! Danke NAPA für den rießen Ärger mit dem Kunde obwohl man dachte man hätte sich Qualität ins aus geholt. Leider könnt ihr scheinbar nix. Ich musste jetzt Zwangsläufig den Hersteller Wechsel und siehe da nun geht es. Diese Erkenntnis sollte Valeo normal vorliegen im Jahr 2026 vorliegen und sollte keine Zufallsprodukte auf den Markt schmeißen! Leider musste ich ein Stern geben, selbst das ist es nicht wert!

The main.naparebates.com website gets error after trying to submit rebate from both safari and chrome browsers. No details, just “there was a problem. Check your entries”. After entering 4 pages of details and uploading a document - twice.

Car broke down, so i ordered a napa high-end agm battery and had them deliver it, assuming they installed it. Well, driver told me they are not allowed to help, but he did bring the battery over to my trunk, as it was heavy. No problem. So I pay someone to install it and after, the truck had no power. So after paying to take rides through lyft all day, I have AAA come out to check my battery and alternator. Alternator was perfect, battery is bad, won't hold a charge. AAA said it was probably a battery that sat around for awhile. It was also scuffed and was charged to only 10%, per the AAA driver. They couldn't do anything to help though as it wasnt the napa aaa battery. Now the battery is installed, they won't come get it even though they delivered it to me. They know I am broke down. They first said it wasnt their store, but 722 wethersfield Ave hartford. Justin says when i find a way to get the battery uninstalled and brought to him, he will help me process the warranty. How about you take your battery @%#$! #@ $% @#!$ @$$. Give me my money back immediately so I can. Get another battery somewhere else and come get this crap old battery you sold me as a functioned new battery. You didnt test your own batteries Justin? Never ever doing business with napa. BBB already contacted. I am up here for work, no resources. Lost wages to this garbage store. Thanks justin and the person you conferred with to make sure you weren't going to help
