They even double checked my order to make certain my battery was the correct one. I had an issue with the battery, the company offered a speedy replacement or a no quibble refund. Was having a difficult time finding spark plug wires for my 1972 pontiac lemans as I switched the engine and needed 90 degree on both ends to clear the headers I added. Napa employee Maria@ the Jensen location in Fresno, CA went beyond to assist me in finding the right wires. Was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Not only do we need more parts counter professionals like her but more people like her. Much appreciated Maria.
