I called & requested to speak to a person I had previously spoken with about Nano.I had the extention. After trying it twice & it was still busy, sales person told me she could help me with my order. We proceeded and within minutes the sale was complete.

Received my hearing aid on time no damage to package. Have not had time to give a true evaluation of the aid's but can say they are very difficult of set the volume due to having to take them out of ear to adjust and finding the wright fit for my ear is still in progress after three days of trying.

I had bought a pair of hearing aids for my mom. She had many questions and wasn’t sure if she wanted to keep. Albert was so kind and patient and answered all our questions and even answered questions we didn’t know we had!! He was so knowledgeable and explained so we could understand. He recommended a newer pair to try that he felt would better suit my moms needs. She can’t wait to get them. Thank you so much.

Only problem I had with purchase is that first screen said you could pay with PayPal and then it did not direct you to PayPal.
