I was disappointed with the process it took to resolve my problem. Spoke to 7 people and took 2 hours. Finally got it resolved with an upgraded set. I used the secret20 code for a discount but it did not credit on my check out. It did finally get done but was very frustrating.

I purchased these and tried them out but they do very little in way of amplifying sound. I do not think they work for me and will probably return them. I am a 66 year old male with hearing loss and have tried multiple options. This one admittedly made a slight difference but not enough to warrant keeping them.

The hearing Aida are so small you can’t even see the off on button, you can’t handle the screwdriver to make them louder I called to return the first operator hung up on me without finishing my call The second operator was fine they’re going to email me my return instructions and refund instructions

Took too long to get the product. You sent a notice it was shipped, but delivered the product to mail about two weeks later. Even when you provided a delivery date that was three days after purchasing.
