The information provided on the website is adequate enough to make an informed decision about which hearing aid is appropriate for each individual’s needs. Once the decision is made, checkout is simple and straight forward. Most important, I expect to receive a quality product at a greatly reduced price. There is a 45day return policy, which is especially important to me right now because this is my first pair of hearing aids (I have no reason to think I might return them, but it’s nice to know I have that option). I am excited to receive them and can’t wait to hear what I’ve been missing.

I got them and so far so good. They are a perfect size and are working just fine.
