The order I placed is not the I order recieved! And apparently I do not fall under the 21 day trail period 45 days satisfactory gaurentee but I have to pay to return the wrong items sent to me? I don't get it please explain!

I am not sure these hearing aids will work for me. I think they are to big. I have an appointment with my hearing aid audiology next week to help me decide. We have been without power due to a snow storm. Many are still without power.

Easy to charge, on/off is very very small switch. Background humming noise is present when volume is turned up. Does not feel stable in ear, create feeling they may fall out with activity and would lose them if worn outside.
