The battery in this is lasting at best 1.5 days is this a normal issue

I was very pleased with the customer service. Very helpful. Also think the product is absolutely crucial & easy to use. Ordering was fast & efficient. I highly recommend this for pet owners. They include 2 stickers & 1 car tag so people know you have your pet’s environment being monitored.

Customer service is beyond good

The product is good as long as you have the cellular service needed. Went camping and had difficulty with the unit due to the cell service. When at home the unit functions great.

I haven't received the Pet Monitor yet.

My waggle won't register. They are both fully charged and I rest both but when I try to add monitor it keeps saying can't register. I have paid for my subscription and everything.

Still trying to figure out how to get it to work.

Received Waggle faster than I expected. Was packed well.
