My Vinyasa Practice is a values based company founded on the principles of authenticity, accessibility, and affordability. We strive to bridge the gap between aspirational yoga and yoga for the people. We provide 200 & 300 hour online yoga teacher trainings registered with yoga alliance, clinical yoga therapy program accredited through IAYT and continuing education yoga courses. Our offerings reflect our values; each program, class offering, or one on one session comes from a place of authentic accessibility and is designed to reach the masses in an effort to uplift the collective consciousness. My Vinyasa Practice offers scholarships and community outreach programs that are designed to impact communities who may not have access to yoga and mindfulness practices.

MVP gave me the opportunity to become 200 hour certified while I would not otherwise have had the opportunity due to my work schedule and pandemic time period. MVP was recommended to me my someone whose opinion I trust and, again, she was not wrong. The material is given several ways for full comprehension of material. MVP was always fast and wonderful with responses as well.

I’m thankful for the experience, but at times it felt as if there was no authenticity for me as the student. I felt that I had to transform to get through the program. I’m glad I made it.

I signed up for the three hundred hour online ytt. I’ve already completed the 200 hour training with another studio. The 300 hour is extremely in accurate. It’s much closer to 1000 hours. I would not recommend this studio. …Quality training should fall within the 300 hours. Excessive and unrealistic expectations are not “high standards”. Getting money back is not sufficient. My time and energy is much more valuable than the money I spent. This review is for others. I hope it helps you make an informed decision. Thanks.

We are a Yoga Therapy School and our standards are very high. I appreciate the feedback and we will look at a way that we can meet students where they are at without sacrificing the quality of the content needed to go on to be a Yoga Therapist. This is my fifth my vinyasa practice yoga course: 200 and 300 hour teacher training, heart yoga, trauma informed yoga, advanced anatomy. The tutors are compassionate, have a diverse in depth range of experience and their teaching is beautiful constructed. The online modules are accessible and just the right blend of reading, practice videos, lectures and reviews.

I completed the online yoga teacher training with MVP and it was an excellent experience! The training was informative and gave me a great understanding of yoga from a well rounded and trusted perspective. The MVP team is wonderful. They are knowledgeable and are great at making your yoga experience about you and your body. I would gladly recommend MVP for anyone looking to earn yoga certification or even to take classes!

Thank you My Vinyasa Practice for allowing me the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of yoga and how to apply the principles to every aspect of life. I really enjoyed the supplemental material that would not have been available with other schools. Feedback on submitted work was delivered in a quick response time and always thorough, kind, helpful, and added to the positive experience I had with this teacher training. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and I am very grateful I chose this school’s teacher training. I highly recommend My Vinyasa Practice!
