I really enjoy that this course hits all the points. It works for visual, tactile, audio students. I was able to review material on my own time.

My Vinyasa Practice was amazing! I did my 200 hour YTT with them and am currently enrolled in the 300 hr. I searched for so long to find a YTT program that offered 100% online teaching that allowed for a flexible schedule, while also being at a reasonable price. MVP offers all of that and more. The community you are immersed in is so supportive and encouraging. There are lectures and other community offerings that you can either join live or watch later if the live times don’t work with your schedule. Michelle and the other teachers are so knowledgeable about yoga and are so willing to help in any way they can. I really wasn’t sure what to expect because the price was so affordable but from the minute I started, I was thrilled with my decision and almost immediately enrolled in the 300 hr so I could continue to learn and grow as a yoga teacher. They also offer peer support that answers any questions fairly quickly so you know you’re on the right path as you learn. I highly encourage anyone who is thinking about becoming a yoga teacher, or even if you just want to broaden your knowledge of yoga, to enrol in the 200 hr YTT with My Vinyasa Practice.
