My Vehicle was written off. In 50 days Vero have not made a single phone call to me or made any other forms of contact. Every time i ring i get 3 different stories and a representative promising to call back with an answer shortly, which they never do. one of the stories is that its with a valuer waiting to be valued, I rang the valuer it was with and they have no request for the vehicle. I have cover for a loan vehicle but they still haven't organised that either, in 50 days, Appalling.

My EV involved in accident. Vero directed me to repairer incapable of fixing my vehicle, then did nothing to actually resolve issue when i raised it them. I was left to resolve myself leading to +4week delay in fixing vehicle.

Frustrating. Bad comprehension of English. Don't understand simple instructions. For such an expensive insurance company you would expect better. Totally hopeless

2 and a half weeks and still no assessor has looked at my truck which is my business so I am without income and they are doing nothing about it. Never again.

The most frustrating insurance experience I've ever had. My car was stolen but recovered by the police within three days. However, dealing with Vero has been an absolute nightmare. It's been over a week, I am calling them every day to follow up. Every time I call, a different person answers, none of whom seem to have any idea about the status of my claim—I have to start from scratch each time. Honestly, the stress of dealing with Vero has been worse than having my car stolen.

Unable to cease ongoing payments after multiple years of reminding them. Have reffered claim to my lawyer to start litigation. Also have been informed there is a possibility of a class action against them.

Please people do not even consider this company worst experience ever
