The Gardyn has brought me so much joy especially in the winter! Fresh jalapenos, cherry tomatoes, and sweet peppers year-round is a dream come true. Gardyns support team are so friendly and always available to answer any questions. I'm having so much fun with all of this!

This garden is simple and elegant. It looks amazing and functions extremely well; you can tell there are some brilliant engineers behind this. My first round of seeds is starting to sprout up and I am really excited!

I love my Gardyn! I would like to have in app purchases available even without membership. After all, buying more stuff should be easy! Right? I have found the website a bit non user friendly. It’s hard to find what you want. Anyway, I’m having a ton of fun and eating lots of greens. I’m Excited for my tomatoes and cucumbers to show themselves.

Got my Gardyn and got everything setup. Had some issues with a few plants and a couple of questions. The support team was remarkable. That has been the best part of the entire experience so far. Can’t wait to eat the food!!

I love it! Now I can grow veggies right in my apartment. It is very easy to set up and use (maybe a little tricky to assemble some parts). Like any garden, the plants require care and tending, and adjustment of the water. But for me, that is fun. Its like a little home science project, but I can eat the results. The Gardyn has been a wonderful investment for me. Plus, there is a very active and helpful online community.

Got Gardyn 2.0 few weeks ago. After 2 weeks it keeps loosing connection. Customer service has narrow bandwidth, but they are trying their best. They offered to replace the lid. I reset all my WiFi routers and put one router close to the system. So far no issues. Sprouts are starting to grow, will fertilize when Kelby suggests.

Hello Zak, we are so sorry that you are upset with our Customer Support, and we are concerned that your Gardyn is not functioning properly. We recently sent you an email with next steps for resolving this issue. Because of the recent 2.0 launch and the holiday season, we are dealing with an influx of requests and our typical time to respond is currently 2-3 days. We are a small team but we are working hard to address every concern that we receive. Our live chat is available through our website or in the resources section of your app. Simply click on the "Help" icon in the bottom right corner, and we will be happy to assist!
