I am not a tech type person, and Mike(US tech person)who helped me today was great! I felt no pressure as I navigated through some issues on my phone, and finally got to where I needed to be! Now I can open more space on my phone, and save it all in the cloud! This was a problem for me for quite some time, now I can feel at ease and know that I can have protection and space to save more photos and information I find on the internet! I have the resources also to reach out if I have any issues in the future and that is so reassuring to me ! I will recommend to family and friends in the future!
