The tech was great but was told I would get a call back from technician within 1 hour. Waited 6 1/2 hours until the call came through. Tied up my whole day. When I used Support.com, I was connected within 1 minute, 6 1/2 hours is too long to wait. Too many customers for the number of technicians. Should try to remedy this quickly or you will start hemorrhaging clients

Good product however I have been trying for months to terminate service and stop the $19.95 monthly fees, after cancellation. This is my 4th try, even after receiving an email saying the subscription was cancelled and indicated a refund would be forthcoming. That was promised in June 2023, and my card just got hit for $19.95 in July. I removed the debit card on my account, and they are still charging me. This is in use at an American Legion in Granbury, Tx, so cleanly Pc is ripping off a veteran organization. Please help.
