I can keep my calendar on MyCase and sync with my laptop and phone; I can keep up with my time and prepare invoices quickly and easily; I can manage and share confidential files with clients as needed; MyCase helps keep me on top of what is important to my clients. All for a reasonable cost!

I like MyCase very much. I know that MyCase has its vendors, but it would be nice to be able to integrate it with LawPay, as opposed to other merchant services. I'm used to LawPay and don't want to use someone else.

I signed up with MyCase when I opened my solo practice. They have been on the ball from day one -- helping me think through all of the aspects of getting a site up and running, appearance, content, stuff I never would have thought about. When I needed time to consider they were patient and not pushy, yet when I made a decision they were on it and implemented the changes within a day. The software is flexible and addresses all my needs.If I could buy stock in MyCase, I would.

I like my experience with MyCase. Support is responsive, the site is user-friendly and reliable, storage is generous. There are a few quirks that could be improved. For instance, if I want to generate an invoice for an initial consultation, I have to set up the contact information and start a case, even if the potential client does not retain the office. Also, the pricing could be more competitive. I practice family and immigration law. MyCase is not set up to handle immigration cases, so I end up having to pay for two management systems, one for each area of law. I could migrate the MyCase functions to my immigration management system (eImmigration) and save some money. But I like and am used to the MyCase interface, so I am paying twice.

We used to use Clio but switch and so far there's nothing we miss and enjoy that it's so easy our clients can pay on-line without having to workaround with a 3rd Party App. It's easy for us and our clients. So far so great. We're happy.

Our firm searched far and wide for a system that had the capabilities to address our growing needs. MyCase was found to be very user friendly and economically friendly as well. We have received strong compliments from our clients since they are able to receive live updates on their cases. By the way, the support staff is the best we have come across.
