mobile app does not work 100%. There needs to be some kind of way to instantly contact a live person for any questions. There needs to be a way to set up automatic withdrawals for clients' fees

Almost Perfect...Lacking Robust Invoice Customization Feature... The Invoice creation billing functionality does not have much flexibility built in; basically there is one type of invoice that can be generated, and the columns cannot be hidden if you do not want some of the standard activity details to be displayed on the invoice. Additionally there is only one invoice export option and that is to export your invoice as a pdf, why not allow users the ability to export invoices to excel, so they can customize as needed. For such a sophisticated and amazing system in every other respect I am hopeful that the current billing functionality will be improved in the near future to include greater flexibility when it comes to generating invoices.

The software is great. however, there are many times when some help screens do not properly show up on screen and are impossible to read. When I speak to customer service, they truly have nothing helpful to say. That is a big frustration. The software is excellent though.

As a solo practitioner I need a case management program that is easy to get up and running, can be customized and isn't too expensive. I've tried several different case management programs and while they all have great features, I find MyCase to be the program for a sole practitioner with only part time help.

I have used MyCase for several months now. I've developed an ever expanding arsenal of organizational tools. When client's call, their information is easily accessible. No need to take a message and call them back and then shlog over to the filing cabinet to review their file. My secretary can't stop raving about how easy it is to track and keep accurate (detailed) time entries that truly reflect the amount of work put into a case. My clients are pleased with the detail on thier invoices as well.
