Virtually every function works very well but I still want the ability to search the entire database for almost any word. I also want the time on top where I can see it. Also would like program to ask about time entries on calendared matters as a reminder to enter billing time.

My Case offers an excellent legal/ paralegal firm software. It has all in one features and can include a website, billing, notation details, professional staff on their end who are accessible for questions, invoicing, training sessions, webinars and has payment collection options that made it tremendously easy for our firm. And it was cost efficient.

MyCase is a great portal to handle my cases and billing. It also allows me to post time from my phone or tablet.

It is a great and affordable program for a solo lawyer or a small law firm. I especially enjoy its billing and payment online capabilities.

I've used other office management programs, and My Case is by far the easiest to use, and the support service is second to none.

I represent a Mexican Firm and eventhough some of my associates don't speak English, they have been able to fully use MyCase without an issue. The thing is, it is really easy to understand and use. It's intuitive.

This software is cost effective and easy to learn for a new start up firm. I am a solo practitioner and utilized My Case for several years before I hired any staff. Low overhead is key to a beginner. I have never had service issues and any questions I have are answered promptly. I recommend My Case to any attorney who is contemplating a change and wants hassle free billing and documents storage. My tech savvy clients also love the availability and payment options. Four years later, and with many more clients, I will continue to recommend it.
