Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

Love these Mats by far the best ever.. I tell anyone that will listen … I tried others so I could shop in store but they just do not compare so I keep ordering more from you guys the original Muddy Mat.. Buy some you w not b disappointed !!! 😃

We have just purchased our second Muddy Matt. We love these rugs because they are well made, and do not fall apart in the washer!! They are very dense and do a great job cleaning those paws up before they step onto my unprotected floor!! Highly recommend.

I have Muddy Mat rugs and two dog beds. To be honest, while I use one of the rugs on top of their elevated dog bed (they love that), I use the other Muddy Mat rugs in my bathroom. They are great outside the shower. I recently bought the dog beds, and my little dachshund hopped right on when I put hers down. My other dog likes hers, too.

The product appears to be a good quality, but their return policy is terrible. I ordered some rugs, but the color on a couple of them did not work in my house. Unfortunately I didn’t realize it was a seven day return policy so I waited two weeks and now I can no longer exchange it for a better color. Most places have 30 day return policy. I’m not sure I will order again through them. I’m sure I can find a knock off or something similar. 09/10/2026 - Muddy Mat's customer service contacted me after this review and were willing to exchange the color as the mats were still unused and one was still in its original packaging. I am pleased with the outcome. I still think they need to rethink their return policy and make it a more traditional time frame as sometimes life gets busy and it is difficult to get to returning things with so quick a turn-around.

I love these muddy mats. My first time to have them and I really like that they don’t go anywhere when you step on them.👌

As a first time customer, I ordered a muddy mat for my new puppy and the bathing gloves. Both products are absolutely amazing and we are in love with both. What is most special with the company is their customer service! My package was unable to be delivered because of a wrong house number. The company took the time to mail it back to me for free with just a quick email request. I am totally impressed with their dedication to their customers, both two leg and four leg.

I've purchased everything I can!!! I think I have 8 now!! I LOVE THEM SO MUCH!! Best use: The Trailer, you can shake them out when they get dirty. If one gets soiled you can rinse it out outside, dry it in the sun and put it back inside all clean! I use several 2x3 squares so I can do this! The inside carpet is always clean, even with 2 dogs!!! I use them in the house too! Excellent service too.

I have been buying muddy mats for about 5 years now, right now I have one in my bathroom, runner at my back door and 2 by my front door and I always have an extra one on hand. I love them they collect the dirt and water and even leaves and polly noses the dogs bring in on their paws. They are great at absorbing water. They wash and dry great. I will never buy any other door mat.
