I have bought several of the muddy mats and 4 of the “muddy mats” dog beds and I love them all! The rugs stop the dirt from coming into the house from the dirty dog paws and my 5 rescue dogs love the beds!!! I highly recommend them if you share your home with pets!

Well my order was incorrect and upon receiving "return instructions" I was overwhelmed. Instead Muddy Mat agreed that if I kept the "wrong" item, I would receive a $25 Gift Card which I have already used.

We appreciate your review, Sazz. We’re pleased the resolution worked well for you!

I ordered more muddy mats due to loving the first ones. Unfortunately, the bag had been opened, and it was delivered missing one of the runners. I contacted the company and they were wonderful. They sent me a replacement, and I would definitely recommend these rugs. I have no more mud from my 3 dogs in the house !

We appreciate your kind words, Christine. We’re glad our team resolved the issue quickly and that the mats keep your home clean!

I love these rugs. They don’t move which is extremely important for me being elderly. They’re soft and perfect not only in the bathroom but bedroom too. I bought them for me and since I liked them I ordered a lot of them for my daughter. I mainly ordered them because we have 7 dogs which causes a lot of mud in winter/spring in our grass. The doggy door is in my room so my tile floor was muddy. I bought 1 runner and 4 small rugs. The runner by the dogs door, 1 at my bedside, 2 in the bathroom. They really stopped the muddy paw prints. They also like to sit or lay on them in the rest of the house because they’re so soft. I repeat I love the rugs.

I have a few of the muddy mats in my kitchen to catch all the dirt coming in. While I am not fond of the shag look, they work wonderful. I just got the stair treads and they look awesome! Wish I could post a picture of them!

I reached out because my order from 2.5 weeks ago was stuck in NJ with no clear info on delivery. They responded quickly and looked into it, finding no information either, they immediately reshipped my order and as of now I’m waiting on delivery. The speed and resolution were outstanding! Thanks Muddy Mats
