Very thin in reality
Dog bed is nothing like the photos. The middle of the bed is so thin it’s like my pup is laying on the ground. It is very fluffy and snuggly but needs to be thicker as shown.

It took a ridiculously long time to be delivered. I kept getting notifications it was on its way but it was in Compton, CA for 3 weeks. I didn’t get the beds for 4 weeks.

I bought this bed for our very sick…
I bought this bed for our very sick dog and was very disappointed. It had a horrible smell no support and definitely not to my satisfaction. The customer service is terrible. it took a 3 weeks to get my order with no notification. I am waiting for a return now for 10 days. I have other ones that I purchased for 1/2 the price that are the same quality(bigger in fact) This company shouldn't be selling this for our beloved pets.

Very disappointed with this website
Very disappointed with this website. It looks like these beds are definitely not worth bothering with at all. I have tried to contact the seller I want to cancel the order. Have been waiting over a month now and doing more research on them and they seem to be very poor quality beds. I guess time will tell. We have two saluki's. They need orthopaedic beds, cushioning and comfort. Really disappointing.

Love it once it finally arrived
Frustrated that no estimated date of delivery was given. I tried to cancel my order, and was told I ‘couldn’t’ as it was already being manufactured (there are actually laws saying I could’ve cancelled my order). Shortly after trying to cancel my order they were delivered. They are really soft and comfortable, a little on the small side ~ which is mostly my fault for not measuring before ordering. The one that goes on the sofa is my dogs favourite, they curl up together on it and seem to really like it. I would buy from them again and also recommend to others, I would’ve give more ⭐️ if communication was better.
