Premium marketing but poor product. Chinese mass produced crap. The same beds are in Tk maxx and home store & more. Total rip off. It is pretty damn fluffy though

I've been trying to send these beds back for a few weeks now because they are nothing like what is pictured. Someone got ahold of me once and told me to give it a few days to fluff. I gave it a few days and it didn't work. Now you guys won't answer my emails to send back. Their website says ships from different facilities including the USA. They want me to pay for shipping to China which will cost more than these expensive junk falsely advertised beds. So contacting my credit card company to deal with them. They always say to email them and I have for 3 months with almost 30 emails to them and 2 back from them.

I would have liked a little warning that the shipping can take three weeks to show When I finally received my dog bed it was tiny and though it fluffed out ,it was to small for my standard Schnauzer . Bummed
