Very poor logistics for delivery. The bed itself is nice but the fabric does appear to shed.

Never got a response to my request for the possibility of exchanging the small doggie bed for a larger size. The order took far longer to receive than the longest estimated delivery dated of 11/8/22. This oder was made back on 10/20/22. I emailed them to request an exchange for a larger size the day I received it on 11/16/22. I finally got a response from MrFluffyFriend this morning, 2/11/2023, three months after my request. Ironically they said I could have a refund or exchange. HOWEVER that needed to happen within 30 days from purchase. Need the less, though the bed was lovely, I'll never bye a thing from them again. I've also put it out there that no-one else should either. There are many made in the USA beds that are just as good and much less expensive.

My dog enjoys her bed but the middle isn't as fluffy as the picture shows. I put another bed underneath and this seems to help. I also wrote to find out about washing instructions since I didn't see any in packaging. I haven't heard back

I felt like the sizing is a little misleading. I ordered an extra large for my 75 pound German Shepherd and it’s way too small it’s like a pillow for him. Big dog owners be warned! It would be really nice if their sizing was by weight instead of dimensions it’s very misleading! I’m updating my review, they have since changed their sizing on the website to the weight of the dog after I order My dog bed. I still believe their “XL” is too small. Oh and the CO. Idea of reaching out to me was to tell me to change my review, not to help me get a larger bed.
