Service was easy and efficient, although my dog doesn’t like it, also being the largest size it is still to small for my dog (Great Dane)

I brought the bed for my cat. She is very skeptical of anything new. She shows interest, but has not climb in it yet. Any suggestion will be welcome. However the bed is well made.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™· Feb 17, 2023
Hi Sherri! Thank you for your feedback. Please give it some time. Some of them may need some time to accept the bedding as part of the home.

It took almost 4 weeks to get here , and when it did …. Not what expected. Bottom of bed super thin… hard to clean . Advertisement great, but not realistic.

I sent an e-mail day after these beds were delivered telling the company I wanted my money back and I was very displeased with their product. Never got a response! Worst customer service anywhere
