The large dog beds are barely filled with stuffing. I paid way too much for them to be so thin and empty of padding. It’s sad!

My dog had the experience of 'using his friend's bed 'and loved it. So my son bought one for my dog. Then 3 months later I bought another bigger one for my dog. Then a friend saw that one and bought one for her puppy. I have just bought two dog blankets for Christmas presents. They really do help if your dog needs an extra cuddly bed due to being anxious or cold !! Highly recommended.

Took too long to deliver. It certainly does not represent value for money

My cats hate the Fluffy Beds that I purchased! I tried to e-mail to get some specific things that I might try to improve the problem and if not to possibly return them but I got no reply whatsoever!

I would have given five stars except I object to all the plastic it arrived wrapped in, also no washing instructions. My Golden Retriever does seem to love it although gets too hot at times.

Ridiculously long delivery time. Ordered and paid for 1st bed before October, told had been lost.So given option to order and buy new bed which I did on Monday 14th November. Next day 1st bed came. Contacted firm but told 2nd bed was already on its way. Not given refund and 2nd bed arrived few weeks ago! EXTREMELY ANNOYED as TERRIBLE communication between myself and the employees who had extreme difficulty understanding me. No phone numbers provided, just on line communication. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.
