We’re happy to hear that you like the product and found the instructions thorough and the packaging protective, Gloria. We’re sorry, though, that the recommended size turned out to feel too small for your dog. We understand that purchasing a larger bed may not fit your budget, and we appreciate you sharing this feedback. Your comments help us understand where sizing guidance can be improved.

It’s lovely to hear that your pet has enjoyed the beds for so long that you’ve now purchased a second one! We’re sorry, though, that the packaging made it so difficult and stressful to open. We understand your concern about accidentally cutting the bed while trying to remove the tightly secured wrapping. Your feedback is important, and we’ll take it into account as we continue reviewing how we package our products for shipping. Thank you for letting us know.

We’re so glad our team could help make things right for you, Jennifer! Going the extra mile to help our customers and their pets matters to us, and we’re happy we could send a replacement bed at no extra cost. Thank you also for sharing that sizing reference for a 30-lb beagle-sized dog — that’s useful feedback for other pet parents. We hope your pup enjoys plenty of comfortable rest!

Glenda, we’re pleased to hear that you’re happy with the product overall and, most importantly, that your older pooch is enjoying it too! It’s lovely to know that our team was able to address your enquiries by email. We understand that the bed was a little smaller and thinner than you expected and that delivery took longer than anticipated. We appreciate you sharing this feedback, as it helps us continue improving both our products and delivery experience. We wish your furry companion many more comfortable and restful moments in their new bed!

What a lovely moment to imagine, Dorothy! Your dog clearly couldn’t wait to try out his new MrFluffyFriend bed, even before it had finished fluffing up. 🐾 We’re delighted that he settled in straight away and that you’re happy with the quality. We hope his new favourite spot brings him plenty of cosy naps and happy dreams!
