Love it
It was so easy to order, arrived on time, and my Miley girl has finally decided she loves her new bed. She was hesitant at first, but so happy now
Response from MrFluffyFriend™· Oct 18, 2026
It sounds like Miley has finally found her happy place, Karen! 🐾 We’re delighted that ordering was easy, delivery went smoothly, and she’s now enjoying her new bed after taking a little time to warm up to it. Sometimes a new favourite spot takes a few days to win them over! Wishing Miley many lovely, cosy naps ahead.

Customer service came through
My original order was the incorrect size. I found their initial fix to be unsatisfactory, so they reached out personally to rectify it. They sent a new bed at no charge. The entire personal exchange was very professional, understanding, and helpful. Their desire to fix an interaction that left me really unhappy felt sincere and I was very happy they came back with a good resolution.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™· Oct 18, 2026
Emily, we’re so glad our team could turn your experience around! We’re sorry the original size wasn’t right and that our first solution didn’t meet your expectations, but it means a lot to hear that the follow-up felt personal, professional, and sincere. Making things right for our customers matters to us, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to do so. Thank you for your trust!

Enorm meegevallen …
Response from MrFluffyFriend™· Oct 18, 2026

Delivered quality product in a short…
Delivered quality product in a short amount of time. This is my dog's 3rd Fluffy Friend, and she sleeps in all of them.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™· Oct 18, 2026
A third MrFluffyFriend, and your dog sleeps in all of them? That’s a lovely compliment, Doug! 😊 We’re thrilled that she keeps coming back to her cosy beds and that you’ve continued choosing us. Thank you for your loyalty — we hope each bed brings her many more peaceful and comfortable snoozes!

Our little Maltipoo has severe…
Our little Maltipoo has severe separation anxiety and also trembles at every little thing: the crowd noise from football or hockey games on TV, the presence of a fly in the house, the doorbell, etc. After a few weeks on the Comfort tablets she has stopped trembling and we can now watch football and hockey games without the “mute” on.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™· Oct 18, 2026
We’re glad to hear you’ve noticed a positive change in your Maltipoo’s behaviour, Debra, and that you can now enjoy watching games at home without needing to mute the TV. It sounds like those everyday moments have become much easier for you both. Every dog’s experience is different, so we appreciate you sharing yours. We wish you and your little companion many more peaceful moments together!

Nice “fluffy friend” bed
Nice “fluffy friend” bed. Our Shih Tzu loves it. It requires about 24 hours out of the packaging to expand fully, but then it’s as advertised - a nice fluffy bed.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™· Oct 18, 2026
It’s wonderful to hear that your Shih Tzu loves the new bed, Edwin! The extra time to expand after unpacking is important, so we’re glad that after around 24 hours it reached the fluffy shape you expected. Thank you for sharing this helpful tip with other pet parents. We hope your little companion enjoys many cosy naps in their new favourite spot!

Absolute garbage and the “customer…
Absolute garbage and the “customer service” is non existent. Plan on flushing your money down the toilet! This company is FRAUD!
Response from MrFluffyFriend™· Oct 15, 2026
We’re sorry to hear how disappointed you are, Ann. We understand how frustrating it can be when a purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, and we’d like the opportunity to help. After reviewing your email correspondence with our customer support team, we noticed that you mentioned you hadn’t yet opened the package containing the bed. Would you be willing to unpack it and allow it to air out for up to 48 hours? Afterward, gently shake the bed and massage the filling with your hands to help it expand and distribute more evenly, as it may have become compressed during shipping. We’re happy to continue assisting you via email. If you’ve followed these steps and are still unhappy with the bed, please share photos showing its current condition so our team can assess the issue and help you further. We appreciate your patience and hope we can work toward a suitable resolution.

Dus onbetrouwbaar. Bestel niets
Response from MrFluffyFriend™· Oct 14, 2026
