Thank you for your honest feedback! We’re glad to hear that you think it’s a great product overall, even though the size you chose turned out to be a little too small for your 20-pound dog. We appreciate you sharing your experience with the sizing, and we hope the next size up will give your pup plenty of room to stretch out and relax! 🐶

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, Lorna. We understand how frustrating it must be to have concerns about the sofa bed itself and then experience difficulties while trying to arrange a return. It looks like you’re already being assisted by one of our customer support representatives regarding your case. We kindly ask for your patience while our team looks into the situation and works to address your concerns. We sincerely hope we can resolve this for you and provide a more positive outcome.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience, Kay! It sounds like your pup needed a little time to decide that the bed was worth claiming — especially after his brother got there first! 😄 We’re so glad he eventually warmed up to it and is now using it regularly. It’s wonderful to hear that you feel he has become calmer since having his new cosy spot. We hope he continues to enjoy it!

Thank you so much for your beautiful review, Anne! It sounds like your three rescue dogs each have their own ideas about where they’d like to sleep, and we love hearing how patiently you’re helping your 9-year-old SharPai Beagle discover her new bed. 🐶 Keeping it fluffed up and placing her favourite toys on it is such a lovely way to make it feel familiar. We hope that as the temperatures drop, she discovers just how warm and comfortable her new bed can be!

We hope she enjoys many peaceful and cosy moments in her new bed!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review, Roxanne! Barney sounds like quite the bed connoisseur — snacks, meals and toys all have to make their way into his favourite spot! 😄 We love that he has found a way to have his new bed right beside you while still enjoying his own cosy space. It’s wonderful to hear that you’re both so happy with it. We hope Barney enjoys many more comfortable moments in his new favourite bed!
