My dog loves the blanket. She sleeps on it.

I would have left zero stars here if that was an option. We purchased two XL dogs #1 anxiety relieving beds ( even with the 60% off sale the total was 188. This was clearly known to us and we decided to give the beds a shot and splurge for our sweet pups. Unfortunately we are completely dissatisfied and our dogs won’t get in the beds and sleep beside it on the carpet ( something they have never done) the beds are no different than a $25 bed that could be bought at TJMaX! Quality was awful and barely enough stuffing to support our dogs ( likely why they don’t go in them) reach out about the 30 day money back guarantee on every purchase and am told that only one of the two beds purchased is eligible for the 30 day money back guarantee! What a disgrace! $188 dollars later and still need to find a decent bed for both of our pups. No refund as I went into the refund portal as directed by customer service and it shows both beds are not eligible and have already been returned! I’m not one to take time to write a review but in this case I HOPE this review helps another dog family from being scammed $188 for useless beds. And make sure to read the return policy in great detail as the shipping costs to return are the buyers responsibility. These beds will be donated to a shelter.

We’re sorry to hear that the products did not meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it must be to purchase two beds with the hope that your dogs would enjoy them and then find that they did not work out as expected. Unfortunately, we’re unable to locate your order details from the information provided in this review, so we’re not able to properly investigate or address the specific concerns you’ve raised regarding the beds and the return process. We would genuinely like the opportunity to look into what happened and better understand your experience. Please feel free to contact our customer support team with your order details so we can investigate this further and assist you as best we can.

It was a pleasure working with MrFluffyFriend. Ordered a very large dog bed for my dog. The bed was high quality, extremely soft and felt comfortable…unfortunately my dog did not accept it. She simply does not like change. 😂 So I requested a return. The return process was very easy, had a full refund 15-16 days later (shipping took 5-6 days). Will definitely shop other items at MrFluffyFriend in the future.

Bubba, thank you for sharing such a lovely and honest review! We’re delighted that you were happy with the quality, softness and comfort of the bed, even though your dog decided that she wasn’t quite ready to embrace the change. 😂 We’re glad the return process was straightforward and that your refund was completed successfully. We truly appreciate your kind words and would be delighted to welcome you back when you find something your girl can’t resist!

Fluffy bed not for my dog. She killed the bed after two days. No garanty if the dog destroy the bed. Warning not suitable for a dog who wants to use its mouth.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™· Oct 4, 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience, Anders. We’re sorry to hear that your dog damaged the bed so quickly. We’d like to clarify that, like most dog beds, our beds are not designed to be chew-proof or indestructible. Damage caused by a dog chewing, biting, or deliberately destroying the bed is unfortunately not covered by our guarantee. We understand that this may be disappointing, especially when your dog took such an enthusiastic interest in the bed! We appreciate your feedback and hope this clarification is helpful to other dog owners as well.

This is, without doubt, the worst dog bed I have ever purchased for my Corgi. There is absolutely no support on the sides, the so-called cushion is non-existent and comes to you like a big lump in the middle of the bed. The material looks like it has come together from a bunch of old bathrobes. I was really excited to get something that she could lay in and enjoy but would still give a little support, which of course they tell you it does. What's the point in sending it back and paying the the shipping charges? You're never too old to be fooled!
Response from MrFluffyFriend™· Oct 1, 2026
We’re sorry to hear about your experience with our dog bed, Sherri. This is certainly not the experience we hope our customers have, and we understand your disappointment regarding the support, cushioning, and overall quality of the bed you received. We’d like to look into this further and address your concerns directly. Please note that we have a return facility in the US, and one of our representatives will reach out to you via email to discuss your situation and help you further. We hope we can clarify what happened and find a suitable way forward for you.
