Love Monoprice, have purchased from them numerous times and have always been very happy with the products and the one time the product didn't work, the customer service was fantastic.

I have had nothing short of great customer service from Monoprice. They have assisted me with my issues in a professional manner and resolved my issues quickly. The only complaint I have is when the sensor failed on my printer, the return shipping and replacement takes two weeks and I miss my machine during that time.

Great customer service, trusty machine. The printer is reliable, relatively easy to use and makes great prints. The biggest downside is the WiFi functionality, which is beyond abismal, you will have to wait past 2 hours to upload a medium sized file. Customer service is fine, they do everything in their hands to help, they do ask you to fill plenty of these.

Their products and prices are very good and a wide selection to choose from. BUT BEWARE! Once you place an order your email address will get about six emails a week and they are either unwilling or just unresponsive to request to unsubscribe from their spam mail. Trying to do so on their website is a fail and emailed requests to them are ignored also

When my Monoprice Lightning cable went belly up....I just made a call and explained that the cord no longer was working. They just put in a replacement order and got it pretty quick. I was happy to purchase the lifetime cables. Thanks Monoprice for standing by your lifetime products. I will purchase more cables over time for family members and tell everyone I know about your fine company.

I have been a loyal customer for almost ten years. Monoprice has great prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and an exceptional return policy. For the past 6 & 1/2 years I have been using their 6ft Premium 3.5mm Stereo Male to 2RCA Male 22AWG Cable (Gold Plated) on several different electronic devices. I just broke the pin on the 3.5mm male end of the cable. I called Monoprice, and they had a new cable delivered to my door 2 days later, with no cost to me, as part of their lifetime warranty on all cables. Monoprice's high quality products, combined with frequent sales promotions, as well as free shipping offers, make them the first place that I go to when I am making my purchasing decisions. I have also called them several times thru the years just to get some much-appreciated advice from their excellent technical support people, even if I am not making a purchase at the time. Because of these past experiences, I will be a customer for life, and will continue to spread the good word about Monoprice to everyone I meet.
