Setup of printer was quite simple. Instructions were not too hard to follow and the availability of youtube videos that show the printer setup and file slicing before printing make it easy to use. My first printer had an issue but the Monoprice team was very helplful in quickly sending a replacement. They sent a prepaid shipping label and in a few days after sending it back I had another Monoprice Mini. The first print did not hold to the build plate but readjusting the profile to a slower setting solved the problem. Prints come out with very high detail. Very pleased with the printer.

Had a cable that did not charge my phone and contacted Monoprice’s Customer Service department. They understood the issue and quickly set up the RMA process. A new cable replacement was sent out and arrived within a few days. They definitely stand behind their warranty and fast service.

I purchased a sous vide immersion cooker from Monoprice last month. When I tested the unit by cooking steaks, I discovered that the temp display was far from accurate. I contacted Monoprice, described the problem and received not only a sincere apology, but a prepaid RMA label to return it. I returned it and got a replacement unit very quickly. Upon testing the new unit, I found the temp display to be exactly the same as a mechanical thermometer I had previously tested for accuracy. I'm a very satisfied, happy camper... and cooker!

Had a usb type-b cable that I got from 2+ years ago break on me, Monoprice honored their lifetime warranty claim and replaced it without hassle. great service.

Great customer service. One of the lightning charger cables I bought from them stopped working, so they replaced it immediately. They honor the life-time warranty.
