Probably the best looking platform - makes you believe it could be different - and then you experience the worst customer experience, onboarding, and otherwise a literal endless list to the point of paying for an external company to try and help us out. I wish for momence to see this, look at other reviews, and realise this is a top down issue i have asked for change many times. We pay £700 a month for glitches they wont resolve, false promises on new features, and what a shame because at first the plaform looked amazing - good luck to them, I will be jumping off the boat if this doesnt change with immediate affect, and this was written just having had another poor experience with their 'support' team.

Consistently terrible customer experience. When trying to book things that should be calming (saunas/massages) this app creates a horrible point of contact and booking. Always irritating to have to use it

We release new features and iterate them quite often so we're keen to hear your thoughts on how the app could be elevated. Our goal is to make it as intuitive as possible. Send those thoughts to [email protected]. Screenshots are always helpful with a short blurb; Ie. 'On this page, it would be great if I could do x' or 'On this page, I should see y'. We chose Momence as it had been recommended but another Physio led Pilates studio who operated in the same way. Sadly we had issues right from onboarding when Harry did not have the knowledge to set the system up in a way that we needed. He also was on holiday half way through the process. Despite raising concerns Momence did not provide us with anyone more capable. Once we finished setting the system up and it went live, we have multiple complaints from clients who couldn't see their classes and could upload their card details. There have multiple errors on the set up. Momence have done nothing to reach out to us despite raising these concerns on several occasions. We finally got some help from Edgar through the support system last week but it is too little too late, considering James promised it this system would be exactly what we need, it has fallen far short. We have been in contact with Matteo (co-founder), he has refused a phone call to discuss and he has just passed us back to support staff. I notice in the negative review on here there is denial about complaints being logged, I have tried several ways to try and resolve this issue and I am being ghosted. I have now requested to cancel the contract and again no one has got back to me. We have been left with no choice but to escalate through to courts for a full refund and cancellation of our contract.

I honestly love this support option. Waiting in cue for an email or phone call takes up time- this streamlines my day as I can continue to work while support helps me out.

I’ve been on a weight loss journey so I’ve been hopping around fitness studios trying to find a good home base- and something I’ve noticed is the studios with Momence make it so much easier to sign up and navigate websites. There are a few studios I’ve had a really hard time figuring out their booking system and I’ve specifically notice Momence is just easier to use than most others.
