We used to use MindBody and have now made the switch. It's super easy to use, our clients have such an ease navigating the app and at a cheaper rate - it's a much better app for our studio.

absolute worst booking platform out there and zero customer service and now deceitful spam posts on trust pilot to add. both of my companies left momence. dig deeper in these reviews to see the real companies that have been destroyed by false sales pitches, ridiculous add on revenue with your credit card purchases (1% added) and keep an eye out for a class action lawsuit being prepared as the original momence team sold to Clubessential Holdings. The exit strategy will not free them from accountability.

Highly recommend, it’s a great software. I was previously using Mindbody, and I’ve experimented with other softwares in the space. I find it more user friendly and much more efficient. I love the marketing tools, and the ability to consolidate multiple communication and marketing tools into one was a game changer.
