The fodmap meals have been a life saver. The variety of options is great.

Excellent meal delivery service
I have been a customer of Modify Health since early June. My experience with them has been great! The ordering is simple, and the no pressure/no subscription option to skip a week is something a lot of other meal plans don't allow. The meals are delivered on time and are very well packaged, plus, they are delicious!

UPS delivery is incompetent.
The most recent order that was due to arrive on Thursday, Aug 13, arrived on Aug 14 due to UPS changing the delivery date. That means it must have set unrefridgerated in their warehouse or truck because when it arrived, the food was around room temperature and and the ice blocks inside it were all thawed out.

Problem fixed
There was a technical glitch and my food auto ordered when I didn’t want it. Customer service fixed the issue promptly.

Notifications on deliveries are good
Notifications on deliveries are good. Reminders on pre ordering as well. The food is excellent. Enjoying it all!
