I enjoy the meals from modify health. I have tried a variety of meals ranging from the chicken curry to the shrimp chimichurri. All the meals I have tried have had a nice flavor and came nicely packaged. I get 10 meals and pay about $130 weekly which isn’t too bad. Would be great though if they did offer some more meal deals more often to bring the cost down sometimes. I also wish they had an app for iPhone since it would help me to see when my next order is coming and to edit it easier. I have forgot sometimes to change my meals before delivery and I get sent the same meals again. It’s not horrible that it happens but I like variety with my food selections often. Other than my few suggestions on things I enjoy trying the new meals they offer and how they change the menu up every so often. I will probably stick with this meal plan until I feel I no longer have a need for it.

Shipping is great, customer service is great. However all the chicken entrees are like rubber. I have to use a steak knife to cut through them. The salmon, shrimp and vegetarian dishes are very good and flavorful.

I found Modify Health when I was told I have Atrial fibrillation and diabetes. I needed to change my eating habit. The taste of the foods is amazing. They have a great selection to choose from. It is package nicely, easy to heat up. I recommend It to everyone looking to find easy, inexpensive eating lifestyle.

I feel better when I eat ModifyHealth food. I also feel more full at the end of the meal, and am more regular. I quit taking fiber tablets.

The food is decent for healthy frozen meals. It's not great, but there were a couple dishes that I actually enjoyed.
