MODIFY HEALTH - FOOD: 10. PACKAGING:3 I have been both a ModiFyHealth user and a Factor user. Food quality for both is very good. Factor wins out on packaging. ModifyHealth's meals are shrink-wrapped, but after microwaving to cook, the wrapping is much more difficult to peel away from the tray than that of Factor.

Fish is over cooked, dry, and a very small portion- probably less than 3 ounces. Veggies overcooked until mushy except for green beans which need a bit more cooking. Chicken is so dry, it’s like cardboard. Nothing is seasoned properly. I am so disappointed with the food as I had hoped that simple food was what I needed but the meals were sorely lacking. Time to cancel.
