The food is a bit bland, but it does make a difference with my stomach issues. My biggest complaint is the packaging. You gus clearly haven't taken this to work and tried to remove the plastic filrm at work. You need scissors to open it without making a mess which is really bad packaging design.

Very difficult to find where to change meals - not easy to switch plans- hunted ENTIRE site just to try not to receive two “plans”… I don’t need as many meals as I thought-not very helpful info for a new customer learning curve- I’ll cancel - tried to change meals & instead, received the old ones AND the new ones I selected.

I only have positive things to say: the quality of the food, the ease of ordering and delivery, the customer service, and the relief I feel not having to stress about organizing and preparing my own Low FODMAP dinners. This service has been worth every penny!

I'm 80 years old and work full time in the arts usually getting home around 9pm or later. Popping one of the dinners in my microwave ensures that I have a healthy dinner every night. The food is tasty and healthy. The staff is always helpful if I have a problem ordering. I'm so happy I discovered Modify Health
