Terrible terrible delivery experience! I’ve reached out to modani countless times and still haven’t received a call back. Ridiculous. Extremely bad delivery and they tried to leave my couch outside in the box even though I paid for white glove delivery. Modani has ignored my every attempt to contact them

We love Modani furniture. We always come back for new pieces. The staff is so helpful and very professional- especially Richard who is the best! This is our 3rd home furnished we modani pieces and we love all of them.

I went in there because the piece of furniture I wanted was there. If it was not for this, I am not sure that I would have purchased. My sales associate appeared to be confused or maybe shocked that I had so many questions about the furniture. I wonder if she was shocked that a young person of my caliber could come in there and afford the piece that I purchased. I felt like I was being judged at first. Then when I sat down with my card in hand ready to make a purchase, the lady's fake ass customer skills came out. Beautiful furniture but not sure I'd ever return to work her. Update- the item came in and looked different than what was on the show room floor. I'm currently in the process of trying to get a refund. The lady in customer service sounds very rude. Yet another reason why I would not work with this company.

We walked in and were greeted by a very kind woman named Nancy. She was very helpful and we will definitely work with her in the future. One of the best furniture stores in Tampa!
