Four separate 'button' devices were sent but instructions for use and testing, range of use, battery replacement, etc barely covered these important issues. I will call Customer Support for further clarification.

My MobileHelp Experience. The agent we spoke with was very helpful. He explained the system very well. He was patient and answered all of our questions. All in all a very good experience.
