Hopeful
I can’t give any stars as to the performance of the equipment, however, Angel was very good with explaining and answering any questions I have had . The true test will be in the reliability of the equipment which I don’t have yet. Hoping it will be great as I have had three other companies prior and had negative experiences with them. Hope you r the exception!

The customer service rep
The customer service rep, Patrick, answered all my questions and didn't push for me to make a decision and get off the phone. He was great!

No charge for equipment
Aaron was able to answer all my questions and he was patient when he was done with, to then answer my husband's questions.
