I’ve been using minuteMD for a year and I’ve been so impressed from the start! Their customer service is unmatched and they seem to truly care! I’ve lost 30 lbs so far and have enjoyed using them and would recommend them to anyone!

The waiting process is long and really no communication. Status just states processing but never exactly processing what. Also it will be about 3-4 weeks before you get medication, if I get it because I don’t know if I did since it just states processing. The next payment will be due soon and haven’t even received the first order.

I canceled services before I even got my medication because I felt really suspicious over the weird communication I was getting. I uploaded my lab work and then was told I was approved for the medication and then received an additional instant message in their health portal asking for my labs. I was in communication with a direct customer service agent while also being bugged in the health portal by someone else. The timeframes for what to expect kept changing as well and after 10 days of back and forth I lost all confidence in the legitimacy of this program.

I appreciate the fact that when I have to reach out, I do get a response almost immediately. However, things that are supposed to only take a few days have taken weeks. Example - my lab work was never sent until I reached out almost two weeks after I was supposed to receive them. Then, what I received wasn’t even a lab order, so I had to reschedule appointment. The results from that are only supposed to take a few days, it took a week. I’m being charged for my second months membership in a few days and I haven’t even been told if I’ve been approved for the medicine and if I have the medicine hasn’t been shipped yet. It’s a frustrating process that I’m hoping is worth it once I get my first round of medication.
