Complete trash. They charge you for the first month, but won't send you the month's worth of product until you agree to pay for 3 months. They were unresponsive, never sent my medication, didn't respond to my follows up and refused to give me a refund. So my options were to pay for 3 months to get my first delivery. Or forfeit my $250 and get nothing at all.

😐😐This is frustrating & disappointing. There communication is terrible. (Why do so many companies no longer have phone #?) They charge you a do not deliver. There is no documentation & lack of response. Its been a month w/no deliverables. I was able to submit my test results in an attempt to expedite the process, still a month w/nothing. Be warned. 🚩
