Im on bedrock right?so,i was just playing on a pvp server on minehut,i went offline to go to the bathroom,i come back,and the server isn't working anymore,i used the ip "bedrock.minehut.com" and the right port and it still didn't work,i really dont wanna lose my progress on the server,please fix this. :( it always said, "Unable to connect to world" my gamertag is BeepuButYes,maybe check if im banned?

The servers are nice and smooth and the support came very fast! I was having trouble transferring a world and they did it for me, which was extremely kind of them!

i purchased 12$ of credit and only got an email saying that the there was a problem with my purchase and that they would respond within 2 business days so i sent an email and a robot replied with "we have gotten your email and will get to it as soon as we can" by the way this was after 4 days of me sending the email then i sent 2 more and got no replies no one on there discord was helpful they have the worst customer service i have ever seen.

My world that me and my friends were playing on was deleted and we thought our world was gone forever, but lucky we got it back with the help of the Support Specialist Lauren. Thank you Lauren.
