I would advise parents to think carefully before allowing their children to play on Minehut. buz there some content and agendas that may not align with every family’s values. Parents should be aware of what their children may encounter and make an informed decision before allowing them to play.

el hosting esta bien pero en todos lados me decian que se autoprendia quando alguien entrava i no es berdad.Tienes que entrar al lobby princial de minehut i poner un comando

Thank you for your feedback. Players can start the server by attempting to join; however, if they connect directly, they may need to try again, since it can take a few minutes for the server to fully download and start. Running the join command in our lobby allows players to wait for the server to start before being sent there.

A hacker who what’s a girl playing the new event in life steal gaining thousands of crops in seconds for obviously hacking. I tried protesting with others to say but the owner of life steal muted me and others for 1 hour. He gave out points to make it rigged and I didnt have a fun experience hence being exited before wards thinking it was fair. Please fix this I want to have a fair gameplay without any unfairness and hate. I grinded a lot but I never earned points and it was bugged. The owner who was muting everyone trying to protest including me was ‘saltyontheinside’.

Since Lifesteal is an official Minehut server with its own admin team, server-specific gameplay disputes and moderation decisions are handled by them rather than Minehut support. That said, if you believe there was unfair moderation or rule violations on the server, you can report it formally through our support system, and we can review the incident with the server admin. We want Lifesteal to be a fair and fun experience for all players, so we do take these concerns seriously when reported through proper channels.

Die Uptime beträgt ca 85%. Ein guter Gaming Server hat im Schnitt eine Verfügbarkeit von 99,5-99,9%. Laut Minehut Discord gibt es ca alle 2 Wochen einen Totalausfall sämtlicher Server, dann funktioniert für mind 24h gar nichts. Wenn man dann im Discord die Mods (Natalie) damit konfrontiert, wird man beleidigt und gesperrt. Die Preise sind sehr hoch und trotzdem sind lags keine Seltenheit. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass ich wenigstens einen Monat erstattet bekommen habe, der in der Zeit abgebucht wurde, als die Website mal wieder nicht zu erreichen war. Ansonsten kann ich am Support auch nichts positives lassen, da sie den Kunden wie ein minderjähriges Kind behandeln. Edit: Ich habe keine Erstattung für die Downtime bekommen. Ich habe lediglich eine automatische Zahlung erstattet bekommen, die erst nachdem minehut wieder da war, abgebucht wurde, da die Website über den Zeitraum nicht verfügbar war. Das werde ich mit dem Support klären, ich will auch für diesen Zeitraum eine Erstattung haben. Eure drecks mods haben mich während der downtime als Kind beleidigt und blockiert, da ich nachgefragt habe warum der Server alle 2 Wochen für mind. 24h weg ist. Während dessen wurde ich als Lügner bezeichnet, obwohl im Discord genau steht, wie oft ihr down seit. Das ganze wurde runtergespielt und eure drecks mods haben jeden beleidigt, der nach seinem Recht verlangt hat.

We're glad we could refund you for that downtime. Regarding your experience with moderation: If you felt a moderator was disrespectful, we'd like to review that. Please reach out to support with the specific details, and we'll look into it. We're continuously working to improve our infrastructure and service reliability, and we appreciate your patience. In response to your edit, foul language is not appreciated or tolerated by our staff. If you would like a refund, please contact our Support team so we can assist you. We have not had any outages lasting 24 hours since we suffered attacks in February. The most recent outage lasted a few hours and was resolved the same day. I understand that any outage can be frustrating, but it's important to be factual when making such extreme claims.

4k for External and "Custom domains require a paid plan" and bit unfair "Verified owners pay 2,400 credits / month " to give GamerSafer your face scan without info where data going etc Learn more here button takes to GamerSafer website page on minehut website and rewards face scan is wrong all levels like discounts or something like that also "bot or alt-abuser" easy to add system for it I would not recommend them to family/friend

We appreciate the feedback. The external server price reflects the infrastructure, logging, and moderation resources required to support them safely. Regarding GamerSafer verification: You're right that data privacy is important. Verification is optional - users can use externals without it (at the standard rate), but verified owners do get a discount as an incentive. If you have specific concerns about the GamerSafer verification process or data handling, we'd recommend reaching out to their support directly.

literally just a peak company in general WE love minehut cause hey give us free server hosting AND free server advertising without paying a single dollar. also admins are super helpful (pure is OUR goat) 100% will be using again

some of my servers were free, there was an option to buy more servers slots for 200ish credits each once you hit the cap. That's about 30 dollars being taken from me without warning or compensation I SHOULD BE COMPENSATED / WARNED by allowing something like this to pass, we are once again allowing big corporations to take things away from us after we've already bought them many other of my unfinished soon-to-be servers are also going to be annihilated off the face of the earth, and there is nothing I can do about it unless I were to literally pay Minehut more than 20x the amount I pay them The apocalypse has arrived..

We understand this change was significant for server owners who had unlimited free servers. When we removed the daily playtime limit for free servers (a major improvement for free users), we had to make adjustments to keep our service operational and sustainable. Providing 5 free servers with unlimited playtime is still a substantial offering, but we recognize this doesn't work for everyone's needs.
