Dear Connie, Our record indicate that would purchased a machine from our website, but never had an actual Merchant Account with Us. Merchant Services is simply an industry term for credit card processing. I'm sorry for the confusion, but again you do not have service and have never had credit card processing services with our company. Merchant Services is simply an industry term for credit card processing and we just happen to own the domain MerchantService.com because we started in 1995. Our company operates under the name MerchantService.com, which we have owned since 1995. There are thousands of unrelated companies nationwide that use similar wording in their business names. According to our records, you did not have — and have never had — a merchant account or credit card processing services with our company. Your interaction with us was limited to a one-time online purchase of credit card processing machine supplies through our shopping cart. As with all online orders, an automated review request was sent after checkout, which appears to have prompted your review. Because no processing services were ever provided and no merchant account existed, we respectfully ask that you remove the review, as it does not reflect an actual customer experience with our services. Dear Scot, We do not require a faxed close form, so your service must have been with another merchant service provider not with Us here at MerchantService.com Inc. in FL. Most likely we obtained you email address from a purchase made on our site. That could have been anything from a terminal to receipt paper.
