Amazing customer service. It was a breeze resolving my issue with them. They reply to emails at a decent speed and they are extremely helpful. They checked in various times to assure that I was satisfied and to assure I received my replacement hand piece. Will definitely refer to them and their products in the future!

I ordered a melodysusie nail drill from amazon and unfortunately it broke. I contacted melodysusie directly and the customer service team couldn’t have been anymore helpful. Replacement drill was shipped to me with in 3 days of my first email, nice to see a company who still value the customer!!

I had a fault after 7 months from buying the drill of Amazon. I emailed melody susie and they were great with a response. Asked for a video then sent the part I needed that day and arrived within 2 days. Great communication whilst I was waiting. Great costumer service!

Purchased my MelodySusie back in May 2022 and started experiencing problems towards the end of June. Contacted the Customer Services team who quickly arranged for a replacement item to be sent out! Fantastic customer service!! Many thanks!
