The Customer Service Rep, Brandon Solis, I was able to talk with listened and helped. Finding help that cares is rare. He was a tremendous help. He did what others have not done in the past: he addressed the problem we have had in receiving bills. He not only obtained information on where they needed to be sent, but he followed through to be sure they went to that address. Thank you for someone who listens and cares. We realize all companies are only as good as our employees, he's an asset.
