My kitten loves the Kitty Kurlz. Unlike many other toys, we have bought him. He has not grown bored with it and plays with it just as he did the first time.

Process was easy and shipping was amazingly quick! All three cats love it!

I have 10 cats and not one had any interest in playing with this thing. I tried twisting, putting treats inside and it didn't excite even 1. Not even as a scratching post.

I hope you like nonstop spam emails trying to sell you garbage before shipping your order, because that's all they seem to be good at. I've received 6 emails so far, all saying my package is almost ready to ship but if I act now and spend more they can add whatever pile of garbage they are pushing to my order....it's a freaking cat toy, just throw it in a damn box and ship it to me already. My cat will probably enjoy the box more than the stupid toy anyway. I've been waiting 4 days for tracking and have not received anything relative information yet.

When I ordered, I was offered another deal. It was better than the one I bought and I believed it was a buy this instead deal. i ended up getting both. When emails were sent me asking about other option to buy, I asked them to cancel the order- 3 times. Request was completely ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They have no ethical compass.

Delivery was good. But unfortunately my old cats want absolutely nothing to do with it so for me a waste of money

My parcel was addressed differently from the shipping address I gave, and it went to Dead Mail. They blamed me for the mistake, then refused my refund request. My purchase summary clearly shows the right address, and the Post Office logs clearly show the wrong address. I have started a Dead Mail search, but this wasn't my fault and I have a right to a refund.
