Overall i thought the customer service was outstanding! Timely texts and emails kept me up to date on my order. The equipment arrived early and I had plenty of notifications so always knew it would arrive on time. Instructions were so easy to follow and the quality of the photos was outstanding! Easy to ship back and already have the link to share the photos!

The company was very responsive, every step of the way. They were sure to thoroughly communicate every step of the way, with clear outlines and support. I inquired about a photo booth 9 days before my event and had no issues with turn around.

This was a hit; everyone loved it. It was so easy from start to finish. Great customer service. Quick delivery and easy return. Everyone lived the instant pictures direct to their phones; we opted not to get the printer.
