The team was super helpful and accommodating! Very easy to work with. However, the pictures that displayed after we used the iPad were all grainy and a horrible quality. I could have used my own Ipad with a better camera if I knew my pictures were going to look like that. Overall it was good to be able to take pictures but the quality was not great.

I would not recommend hiring this service for a big event like your wedding. There were tons of problems. While I was told set up was fairly easy, usage was not. Many of my guests didn't get their photos because it was so delayed with printing. The emailed photos were not sent until days later (still not sure why). Also, guests had to use a paper cutter to cut the photo sheets in half which cut off the border of the photos. None of this was conveyed to us. It felt cheap and I would not have used it.

We’re sorry your rental didn’t meet expectations. We offer both our standard printer (best for smaller gatherings) and our high-speed printer, which prints about three times faster. The standard printer prints photo strips two per sheet, and we include a small cutter to easily separate them — a cleaner option than scissors used by many providers. It sounds like the final photo-sharing step after printing was missed onsite. That process is covered in our printed guide, inside the rental kit and in text+email instructions, but when skipped, our team completes it once the booth returns to our warehouse (typically within 3–5 days). We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will review it internally to ensure a smoother experience next time.
