Really happy with our experience. Such a fun thing at our graduation party. Particularly loved the boomerangs and gifs. One issue with set up but the team fixed it remotely in plenty of time.

We ordered the package for a graduation party- the printer never worked and after hours on the phone with support they noted that the printer was not close enough to the ipad- they were right next to each other. Emailed the support to discuss concerns-no response.

We’re truly sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced with the printer at your graduation party. We understand how important this event was, and we want to make things right. After your report, we had the devices moved closer together and ran test prints to help improve the connection, as keeping the devices close is key. We also want to acknowledge that you reached out after the event on Sunday, and we responded the next day to support you as quickly as possible. We’re still awaiting the return of your equipment and would appreciate the opportunity to fully inspect it and address any concerns. Please feel free to contact us directly so we can work together to resolve this promptly. Thank you for your patience — we truly want to ensure you have a positive experience with us.

Very bad experience with Lovestream company that provides photo booth for events. We selected to have the printer as well and that never worked except for printing one picture. The company did not provide even a partial refund. Will not use this company ever again. The whole point of having the printer was to give the pics as wedding favors. Customer service was ok but the whole experience left a bad taste considering they are so cheap as to not even give a partial refund.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear the experience didn’t meet your expectations. Our support team worked with you in real time to troubleshoot, and we were glad to hear the printer was ultimately up and running. We also checked in later that evening and were told guests were enjoying the setup. We always aim to deliver a great experience and appreciate the opportunity to have been part of your event.

We used LoveStream photo booth for a work event and it was such a hit. All the party attendees loved it and every part of the rental experience was seamless and made so easy for us. The LoveStream staff were highly responsive, accommodating, and helpful in tailoring the photo booth experience to our needs. Our day-of attendant, Laneya, was also fantastic. I would definitely use Lovestream again and recommend to a friend. Thank you!
